BUSINESS PLAN 2009

1.Approval to establish the Continental Youth Commission.

2 Create a program in conjunction with the Development Commission to search for young talent among all national federations.

3.Create a preparation schedule for all eligible athletes of the continent to attend the Youth Olympic Games in 2010.

4 . Create a program in conjunction with the Development Commission to introduce Boxing in schools.

5 To establish a Women’s Youth Continental Championship to promote the growth of Boxing among young women. This will allow early identification of talented young female athletes.

6 Manage Continental invitational boxing events in a way to encourage the development of all junior and youth boxers.

7 Support the organization of Junior Continental Boxing Championships, which was established in Ecuador in April 2009.

8 .Conduct at least one annual meeting of the Youth Commission, preferably during the Junior Championship.

9.Create of a database of youth and junior athletes of the continent.

10 .Encourage all national federations to create a National Youth Commission.
