BUSINESS PLAN 2009

1. Create a list of tournaments that are held in America for the participation of women
2. Work with the host city to the Women's Continental Championship
3. Explore the possibility of continental tournaments female minor categories.
4. Support activities for the introduction of AIBA Women’s Boxing in the 2012 Olympic Games.
5. Create a database all women R/ J’s in the continent.
6. Encourage national associations to support female boxing.
7. Conduct an annual meeting of the Commission, preferably at the continental championship.
8. Maintain contact and establish a plan for collaboration with other continental commissions and committees.
9. Designate one coordinator in each national Federation where female boxing is practiced
10. Confirm the names of all Commission members. .
11. Maintain a section within the website of the AMBC.
12. Establish contact with the women's committees of the international federations that have participated in the Olympics.
