2009 Workplan

1.     Restructure composition of Commission

2.     Create a database of all R/J’s with a Continental& International license

3.     Coordinate with all National Federations thedesignation of Chief of Officials in every country

4.     Conduct a Seminar for those who specialize in theComputer Scoring system in each country

5.     Conduct a Train the Trainer Seminar for those incharge of conducting seminars in each country

6.     Coordinate with the National Federations to increasethe number of R/J seminars in our Continent, especially in the Caribbean &Central America

7.     Conduct a meeting for all Chief of Officials for eachcountry for the purpose of unifying criteria’s regarding application of rules,and establishing processes to strengthen their national base of officials

8.     Coordinate with the other Confederation Commissions toimprove results

9.     Increase the number of Referee/Judges within ourContinent to participate in the most important AIBA events

10. Conduct at least one Referee/Judges Commission meeting per year

11. Maintain a Referee/Judges section on the ConfederationWebsite for the benefit of all officials within our Continent
