Bronze medals achieved by America´s boxing team in Youth World Championships 2010.

Venezuela, Cuba, Puerto Rico, Brazil, Colombia and Argentina achieved bronze medals in the quarter-finals of the Youth World Championship Boxing in Baku, capital of Azerbaijan.

The Cuban flyweight Yovani Veitia, defeated Australian Jackson Woods 5-0. While his teammate, Robeisis Ramirez beat out the Dominican Juan Medina 14-1.

In addition Norlan Year, won 5-4 Turkish heavyweight Unal Gulec and Duvergel Irosvany beat the Iranian Bijan Khojas 11-2. While, Eunice Leinier Perot won by RSC in the second round, TIran Salar Gholami.

The Venezuelan fighter Samuel Zapata won to the Moldovan Violin Berzoi achieving, along with other winners, their places in the Youth Olympic Games to be held in Singapore 2010.

Meanwhile, the Puerto Rican Emmanuel Rodriguez beat his opponent 8-1 Min Kor Hong quick and wide took advantage from start of bout.

The medalists of the World Championship will have the right to attend theI Youth Olympic Games, to be held in Singapore in August 2010. However, each country may submit only a maximum of three boxers.
