Mayaguez 2010

The Central American and Caribbean Games, Mayagüez 2010, will be presented from July 17th to August 1st where boxing, as a discipline, will be significant as part of the event.

The boxing competitions expect around 30 countries that will be competing for the first place in the Rafael Mangual Coliseum which allows over 4000 fans.

Luis Zelikowicz of Argentina, will take the role of Technical Director, Armando Sanchez of United States, will be the Medical Director, Mr. Otilio Toledo of Brazil, ITO and director of the R / J will be Mr. Luiz Boselli also from Brazil. Officers appointed by the AMBC.

A comprehensive training program has been carried out in order to participate in this event. The Puerto Rico Boxing Federation has included in its training program, two invitational tournaments, as every year, but this time as a warm up for the important Central American and Caribbean appointment.
