Dominican Republic with five straight wins in Mayaguez 2010

On the second day of Boxing Tournament of the XXI Central American & Caribbean, the Dominican Republic secured it´s fifth victory in a road.

Wardely Rodriguez won by points 12-5 to Jose Soto in the 81 kgs to the advantage Dominican team.

Puerto Rico with 7 bouts, has lost 2 and is ranked second in the event. Followed by Mexico with five wins and three defeats.
The Dominican Republic will seek to extend their victories today, will fight one of its best boxers, Luis Miguel Diaz in the 48kg, which will face Gilbert Pedroza of Panama.

Similarly Puerto Rico will present today the powerful contender in the 60 kilos Jose Pedraza, who will face the opponent of Barbados, Omar Ward.
